Then, select the quantity column and click the Keep 1st or Keep Last option as you need.

In the Column section, you need to select the column items and click the Primary key option to check for duplicate values.

It will display the Advanced Combine Rows Dialog Box.

Go to the Kutools Tab, select the Merge & Split option, choose the Advanced Combine Rows option.

We are going to get the last data of the column quantity based on the duplicate values in the column items.
